Mindfulness Center is Sweden's leading educator in mindfulness. Our e-courses are used daily by thousands of users and are developed by the doctor Ola Schenström who is one of our country's leading experts in mindfulness and author of the successful book Mindfulness in everyday life. The online program Here & Now is the most used e-course in Sweden according to a study from Karolinska Institutet.
 
It is great to practice and learn mindfulness online, especially if you follow an e-course. E-courses have a much greater effect than listening to individual exercises. With our e-courses, which we have good Swedish research behind, it is simple and smooth and the training can be carried out virtually anywhere and anytime.

PowerBreak is an e-course in the mindfulness app that is free. PowerBreak contains short mindfulness exercises of 1-3 minutes. These exercises in mindfulness also have an effect! Especially if you do them often. Try it, you'll see!

We train mindfulness and compassion in two ways, partly through short guided meditations (concentrated training) and partly through exercises in everyday life. The more you train, the greater the effect you get.
 
It is important that you TAKE the time - 10 minutes a day makes a difference.

When you use our e-courses, you are also invited to joint meditations in Zoom once a month. We also hold a short post about some part of mindfulness training and you get the opportunity to ask questions about mindfulness and mindfulness training.
 
You can choose from a dozen e-courses in mindfulness for adults: for beginners, basic course, for stress, anxiety, pain and long-term illness, for relatives / relatives and not least for increased compassion for yourself.

Our most popular e-course in mindfulness is the Here & Now program with about 20 minutes of training per day.

We are also Sweden's leading educator of instructors in mindfulness with approximately 2,900 graduates. We have good Swedish research behind our education and our e-courses.
